Momentum Women™ is a membership-based service and networking organization and a property of the media & entertainment company "CESLIE: The Women's Network™" that produces, syndicates, and distributes original programming for women age 40+. Members age range from 32 to 65-plus with an average age of 46. The membership-based women's organization of high-powered, smart, strong, successful, caring, like-minded and fun women support and empower each other as well as mentor younger women and raise awareness in support of pertinent causes. Momentum Women™ specifically support the White Ribbon Alliance and the United Nations Millenium Goals.

To facilitate networking, the membership is comprised of women representing a variety of areas of industry and the organization strives to maintain a proportionate balance within each sector fulfilling the total available membership in each city. With a finite elite membership; a growing social and business networking community; and an audience reach of millions, the organization and entertainment property's programming champion the message of empowering and recognizing women who control and influence societal mores; business achievement and influence in the global economy; equality in diversity practices including age, religion, and heritage; and purchasing power in the global marketplace.

Members in good standing and expert members may participate in the Momentum Award events; Momentum Women Show & Role-Model Search, Momentum Women Live Radio Mixer.

Membership is based on a nomination from an existing member in good standing and approval by the membership committee. Annual membership for 2010 is $150 and includes invitations to all events, participation in www.momentumwomen.com, ability to nominate three members within a calendar year, special discounts and priority treatment at a variety of venues and special services. 16% of the membership fee is committed to the Momentum Women Foundation to benefit the White Ribbon Alliance and United Nations Millenium Goals.
